Intellevation is a leader in thin film coating instrumentation and through our Europe-wide exclusive distribution partnership with McVac Manufacturing we offer Sensors and Feedthroughs which have exceptional performance, quality and reliability. The products available are rapidly becoming recognised as the ‘Industry Standard’ in thin film tooling.

Our standard, right angled and dual sensors hold 14mm diameter crystals and are vacuum TIG welded to feedthroughs to deliver a wide range of sensor systems. All the precision machining, welding, and helium mass spectrometry leak testing is carried out ‘in house’ at the McVac Manufacturing facility. The heads come complete with in-vacuum Microdot cables, operate with the Intellevation range of quartz crystal monitors and controllers and are also suitable for use with other manufacturer's instruments.

We also supply sensor heads and feedthroughs separately with a kit of Swagelok connectors. Customers can cut the connecting pipework to the required length to rapidly fit the complete solution to their particular vacuum chamber dimensions.
